(6 Week Programme)

This is a weekly programme designed for women aged between 35 and 65. Aimed to give you the confidence and knowledge to build essential muscle.

As we reach middle age we lose 3% of muscle strength every year. And as oestrogen levels decrease we can use resistance training to help this. Increasing and preserving muscle mass will help with associated health concerns that perimenopause kindly gifts us.
